Meet the More-Smiles Orthodontics Staff

Debbie Isom - Office Manager

Debbie has worked for Dr. Terry Moore 19 years. She has been happily married to R o n for 25 years and has two sons: Kris who graduated from the UTA Bachelor Degree Nursing Program as an RN, and Kory who is a manager at P.F. Chang’s restaurant. Three great nephews and two great nieces keep Debbie full of activities while playing with them. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys reading, needlepoint, and shopping (for shoes, of course). Deb’s life has been forever enhanced by the family oriented working environment at More-Smiles Orthodontics, and the wonderful patients and family members she has come to know and love over the years.

Chris Roffe - Financial Manager

Chris is the Financial Manager and Public Relations person for Dr. Terry Moore. She has been with the practice23years and loves her job. She is married to Ed a retired Army Officer. They have two daughters: Lindsay who lives in Chicago and Whitney who lives in the Mid-Cities area. Chris and Ed love to travel and snow ski. Chris has already been to Prague in the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, and Paris, France this year alone. In her spare time, she is a professional buyer for ladies fashions and gifts, which means she loves to shop.

Donna Brinkley - Insurance Manager

Donna has been the Insurance Manager for over 15 years with Dr. Terry Moore. She is a native Texan, born in Irving but raised in Houston. After graduation, she moved to the Mid-Cities area with her parents. Working for Dr. Moore has been a blessing; it is not a job but her other family. Donna’s first family is her husband Randy and their three children Sara, Lauron, and Randon.

Cari Ross - Front Desk Coordinator

Cari is the Front Desk Coordinator, which gives her a chance to get to know the patients and their families. When Cari is not with her work family, she is busy with her home family. Her husband Jonathan works in the heating and air conditioning business, son Brandon who is a junior at UNT, and son Blake is a senior at Fossil Ridge High School. Cari has been with More-Smiles Orthodontics for over 7 years.

Suzy Bowles - Laboratory Manager

Suzy is the Laboratory Manager at More-Smiles Orthodontics. She developed her skills while practicing as a dentist in the Philippines. Suzy came to the United States and married husband Scott with whom she just celebrated 12 years of marriage. She is a cat lover. Suzy has worked with Dr. Moore since 2002 and feels that she is not just with co-workers but a group that treats each other like a second family. She says the doctors in the practice are confident, intellectual, and genuinely caring. Suzy has been with Moore-Smiles Orthodontics for over 7 years.

LeAnn Beamish - Clinical Manager

LeAnn, the Clinical Manager, was born and raised in Fort Worth and has been with Dr. Terry Moore nearly 23-years. She enjoys the patients and their families. LeAnn feels that working at Dr. Moore’s is like working with her family away from home. She has been married 33-years to Tim and they have a beautiful daughter Kristi. She and her husband David blessed them with a grandson Dain this year. LeAnn’s family includes the beloved family dogs Ziggy and Nitrox.

Laura Rasor - Orthodontic Assistant

Laura, Orthodontic Care Specialist, has been with Dr. Terry Moore for 22 years. She has 3 girls, Lauren, April, and Emily. April and Emily are twins. A dog and cat lover, she has 2-dogs named Buddie and Skittles, and 2 cats named Jasmine and Belle. Laura has been with John and his 2 kids Matthew and Katie for 8 years. Laura loves sports, the Cowboys, and is a huge Oklahoma Sooner fan. (Be sure to find her and say “Hook-em Horns”!)

Leslie Perkins - New Patient Coordinator

Leslie began working with Dr Moore 2 years ago as an Orthodontic Assistant and has enjoyed her role as New patient coordinator since May 2008. She loves greeting and introducing potential new patients to More-Smiles Orthodontics. As a Mother of 2 boys ages 12 and 7, Leslie understands the importance of having confidence in the Orthodontists and staff you choose to provide braces for your children. She finished orthodontic treatment as an adult in March 2006 and believes it is never to late for a beautiful smile. She and her husband of 15 years stay busy with their children participating in scouts, soccer, football, and jujitsu.
Monica Hensley - Orthodontic Assistant

Monica enjoys meeting and getting to know our patients when they come in for consultation. Monica has been with Dr. Terry Moore for 7 years as an assistant before moving to her new role as New Patient Coordinator. Monica is a full-time mom and proud parent of Brooklyn who just turned 6 years old. Monica and her husband are expecting their second child in April 2008. They have lived in their country home in Springtown for 12 years where they ride 4-wheelers and dirt bikes on weekends. They are very involved members of their little church on the hill in Agnes just west of Springtown.

Anna Bowerman - Orthodontic Assistant

Anna like gardening and loves to cook. She has two very large dogs... Mallie and Rocky. Anna feels blessed to have her job and work with the awesome peole at More-Smiles Orthodontics.

Heather Torrence - Orthodontic Assistant

Heather has been More-Smiles Orthodontics for over 2-years and loves working with the patients and enjoys getting to know them. Heather likes watching the patients grow and change and how their treatment changes their self-esteem. Heather and her boyfriend Michael are engaged to be married and have a dog named Webster.
Carrie Jennings - Orthodontic Assistant

Carrie has been with More-Smiles Orthodontic as an Orthodontic Assistant for 1 year. She has been married 22 years to her husband Richard, and spends a lot of time watching her two boys Garrett 18 and Gage 16 play high school football. She loves to travel… especially to the beach!
