OrthoBucks are "More-Smiles Play Money".

Here are the ways you can EARN them:

o     5 OrthoBucks for each "A-B" school report card that you show us.

o     5 OrthoBucks for NO "No Shows" during your entire treatment period.

o     5 OrthoBucks for each 6-month cleaning notice from your dentist. (Appointment notice from your dentist must be presented to be eligible.)

o     5 OrthoBucks TOTAL at each regular visit to the office. (Emergences are not included. NO OrthoBucks are earned if brackets or appliances are broken, or poor brushing is observed.)

o     20 OrthoBucks for referring a friend who starts treatment at More-Smiles Orthodontics.

Prizes and their Orthobuck value are subject to change without prior notice. Prize requests are not accepted. Lost OrthoBucks will not be replaced. OrthoBucks have no cash value and cannot be used toward your account payment. NO CASH accepted. No credit or change is allowed. If the assistant forgets your OrthoBucks, it is your responsibility to ask for them, and OrthoBucks will not be given to make-up the difference at the next visit. OrthoBucks are not guaranteed at each visit. OrthoBucks must be cashed in during scheduled treatment time and before discontinuing treatment. OrthoBucks are VOID after treatment period has ended. More-Smiles is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by a faulty gift card. If a Gift Card fails to register the stated amount of value, return to office as soon as possible. Once the card has been validated as faulty, a replacement card will be issued. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for CASH.
