Orthobucks are intended to be rewards for good oral hygiene
(Good tooth brushing)

You will receive one Orthobuck at each regular scheduled visit appointment if your assistant reports your brushing as “good”
(Emergency appointments-not eligible)

Collect your orthobucks throughout treatment and redeem them for prizes listed below:
15= One Movie pass to Star Village Theater
30= $15 Blockbuster Gift Card
60= $25  American Express Gift Card
120= $50  American Express Gift Card                                                                                                
220= $100 American Express Gift Card

EARN EXTRA ORTHOBUCKS:
- Bring in and show us a copy of your “A-B” report card
- Bring proof of 6 months check-up and cleaning from your dentist
- Remind us of your Birthday month
- Refer a friend and get 4 extra!!!!

Prizes and their Orthobuck value are subject to change without any prior notice. Prize requests are not accepted. Lost Orthobucks will not be replaced. Orthobucks have no cash value and cannot be used toward payment on your account. It’s your responsibility to ask for your Orthobucks at your appointment. Retroactive Orthobucks will not be given. Orthobucks are NOT guaranteed at each visit. Orthobucks are void after treatment period has ended.  More-Smiles is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by a faulty gift card. If a gift card fails to register the stated value, return it to the office ASAP. Once the card has been validated as faulty, a replacement card will be issued. Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash.
