About Us
Dr. Moore, his wife Debbie, and twins, Carly and Colby, have lived in the Mid-cities a
rea since 1979. Daughter Carly graduated from the Orthodontic Gradate program at Baylor Dental School and now has her own Orthodontic Practice in Dripping Springs, Texas. Colby is a pilot with American Eagle. Dr. Moore attended dental school in Houston and graduated in 1977. He earned his Certificate of Orthodontics from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston. In addition, he holds a B.A. from Texas Tech in Zoology. He is an active member of the Fort Worth Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the Southwest Society of Orthodontics, and the American Association of Orthodontists. In addition, Dr. Moore is a member of the Azle Rotary Club and the First United Methodist Church of Hurst. All of the Moore's are active sports enthusiasts. As a family, they enjoy soccer, scuba diving, running, snow skiing, and spending time with their dog, Austin. Dr. Moore is an instrument rated pilot and enjoys flying in his spare time.
Laura, Orthodontic Assistant/Financial Manager
Laura has been with Dr. Moore since the beginning of 1987. She and her husband John have a beautiful family of 5 kids and they are all huge sports fans who love the Cowboys and the Oklahoma Sooners.
Sherry, Orthodontic Assistant
Sherry has been a part of Dr. Moore’s team since April 1996. She has one Son, Peyton who has recently blessed her with her grandson Liam. She has two other furry members of her family who also keep her pretty busy Sadie and Miley. When not at work she loves to travel and always can find refuge wherever there is a palm tree.
LeAnn, Orthodontic Assistant/Clinical Manager
LeAnn has proudly been with Dr. Moore since 1986. She and her husband Tim have one beautiful daughter, Kristi who has blessed her with the most handsome grandson Dain. She stays pretty busy outside of work traveling and showing her Flat Coat Retriever Ziggy.
Shawna, Insurance Coordinator/Front Desk Coordinator
Shawna is our most recent addition to the Moore Orthodontic family in 2010. She has been married to her husband Jeremy for 20 years and been very blessed with three children Caylon, Ashlynn, and Kyrsten, who have all been patients of Dr. Moore’s and are well known around the office and staff. They have 2 dogs Prissy and Mia and newest family member kitten Lilly. They all love the outdoors and enjoy skiing on the mountain and on the water.
We all are so very proud and grateful to have such an amazing Doctor and really consider this to be our extended family. Dr. Moore is an amazing Orthodontist, but an even more amazing boss. We enjoy having fun with the patients as much as Dr. Moore does, always telling stories and hearing about our patient's day really makes you feel at home the minute you step foot into our practice. We pride ourselves on our professional, as well as personal relationships we develop with our patients during and after treatment!
